Since I've joined Ekatvam Academy there's a major change in my way of thinking about the ideal student-teacher relationship and how tons of experience of these faculties help students staunchly to surpass any examination. This group of faculties are of varied backgrounds but their blend results in the marvelous commerce academy like Ekatvam. The five ratna's Sanjay Joshi, Girish Joshi, Sucharit Rajahyaksha, Abhishek Zaware, and Manish Tardeja are the main characters running the show at Ekatvam. Besides these there are other faculties which too have a valuable contribution to the Academy.
I'am currently studying 12th Maths & Accounts also preparing for the CA Foundation Exam Nov 19 attempt. I would like to talk about these faculties who we had interaction with.
These are all the faculties at Ekatvam with in-exhaustive knowledge in their particular subjects-
S.M Sir-
S.M Sir being the senior of all the faculties has a very unique style of teaching. He has an experience of over 34 yrs in this field and still in every lecture he appears more active than us all. Teaching the same type of problem for yrs and still keeping the same zeal which he had during his earlier days is just amazing. He also discuses a variety of topics apart from the syllabus during his lectures which surely guide us in this or the other way. His teaching always invokes his principles Speed, Accuracy & Presentation. His dedication towards his teaching has no comparison. He is like an open book for us as he discusses most of the happenings in his life during lectures which are 'anubhavache bol'. He has got artistic skills and also sings at times in the class. This makes him different from any other teachers.
G.B Sir -
He is one of the most valuable gift to the mathematics & finance field. His deep and varied knowledge in this field is incredible. He has taught Maths in various reputed institutions. His style of teaching focuses on application of the knowledge and not mere solving of sums. He is simply a expert with great patience to teach a subject like this. He also takes real life examples which makes his teaching more dynamic. There are all... type of jokes in which G.B is expert, you should experience it. Though he met with an accident recently which led to to operation due to which he could not walk, he started teaching within a week or two to the batches priority wise, arriving on the wheelchair. This type of dedication is seen very very rarely so a grand salute to you and your dedication sir. Hats off !!!
Sucharit Sir-
He is an economist from its roots who simplifies topics in very detailed manner. His techniques for many of student problems are rationale and very effective. His lively approach towards teaching makes us feel very comfortable about the subject. He has cleared many of the basic rigid stereotypes about the subject and misconceptions about its basics. He was a cricketer in his early time and wanted to continue. He talks in very detail about the topics and techniques till we get to know them completely. He also has written to many newspapers for few years. His messages to us on some special occasions due to his strong observations around are very true and benefiting if are acted upon.
Manish Sir-
Manish sir teaches us Foundation Accounts and hereby is one of the cool teachers. He just more like us in thinking and in all ways.! His most focus is on the concept than solving problems again & again. He discusses real life case studies of the corporate world trying us to prepare to deal with it. His experiences while practicing Charted Accountancy which he shares help us to get a overview about the people and their accounting problems. His rapport with students is within no time and strong. The examples he takes are interesting making teaching more interactive. The concept based MCQ's which he asks are real testers and we come to know how much is yet to learn in basics. He's more like a friend who knows us better and is more likely to whom we can run upto for any doubts easily.

Abhishek Sir-
We are yet to formally meet Abhishek sir through a lecture but have listened very exciting things about him. The book for Foundation A/c provided by Ekatvam and authored by him with Manish sir is very interactive and simple to understand. He generally mentors the intermediate batches but is going to be there for us too.
